LEO-LIONS Burraco Tournament: Fundraising for the “Zampe in Corsia” Project ♠️❤️

We’re delighted to announce a special event organised by Lions Club Pontedera and Leo Club Pontedera in support of the “Zampe in Corsia” (Paws on the Ward) project run by Associazione Amici Animali a 4 Zampe ODV. The project, launched on 26 February 2025, brings animal-assisted interventions (AAI) to the Paediatrics ward of Felice Lotti Hospital in Pontedera, with the aim of improving the wellbeing of young patients.

Event details:

• Date: Sunday 16 March 2025
• Time: 3pm
• Venue: Circolo ARCI Calcinaia, Sala F. De André
• Address: Viale Bruno Buozzi 2, Calcinaia (PI)
• Entry fee: €10 per person

The proceeds will go towards buying cots for the paediatric ward and supporting the “Zampe in Corsia” project. Taking part in the tournament is a way to make a real contribution to the wellbeing of children in hospital and to support AAI activities that are already showing positive results.

We hope to see lots of you there, enjoying a game while making a difference to many children and to our four-legged friends. For more information about the “Zampe in Corsia” project, visit our website:
